How To Be The Best That You Can Be
Have you ever wondered why it is that some people seem to succeed at everything they decide to do, while others struggle through life never quite finding the success and fulfillment that in a sense is everyone's right?
You might have done more than wonder. It might even be that you've felt envious of others' successes ... and begrudged them their fame, riches, big house, fast car or whatever. I must admit to having done my share of that when I was struggling and convincing myself that some had all the luck, while others had none.
But then I began to wonder whether they actually had endless luck ... or something else. And I began to read up on the subject - autobiographies of successful people such as Richard Branson and Robert T. Kiyosaki - and books on how to achieve.
I learned something very interesting: the way we look at things makes all the difference between achievement and non-achievement. If we see something as impossible it quickly becomes impossible, whereas if we start looking hard for possibilities these start presenting themselves. It's a question of 'I can if I think I can', which might seem simplistic - but then life is often simpler than we think!
Everything begins with a thought. Alexander Graham Bell could not have invented the telephone without first thinking that such a device must be within the bounds of possibility. Likewise Sir Alexander Fleming, discoverer of penicillin, and that other famous Fleming - Ian, creator of 007 James Bond. Imagine how much poorer we'd all be without 'phones, antibiotics and the super-spy whose antics both on the written page and our cinema and TV screens have held millions enthralled!
And start imagining how you could improve your situation by thinking different thoughts. Instead of thinking 'I wish I had his/her money, lifestyle, private plane, island etc' start thinking of all that you do have and counting your blessings. As you count them, perhaps - if appropriate - starting with your health, you'll begin to see that things could be a lot worse than they are and you can move on from there to develop an attitude of plenty rather than of lack.
I used to be forever focusing on what I couldn't afford, rather than on what I could. One of my favorite expressions was 'I can't justify the cost of that'. Bit by bit I took myself in hand, developing a different attitude and beginning to understand that I was creating my own destiny. When I made a negative choice it was almost inevitable that there was a negative outcome, whereas when I erred on the side of the positive (thinking 'I can' instead of 'I can't') the outcomes of my decisions started improving.
As these improved, so did my attitude - unless it all began with my attitude? Once I stopped focusing on lack and started permitting the flow of good things I found after a while that I lacked nothing.
I also found more to like about myself than I had found when I let envy color my perceptions. And the more I liked, the more I believed that absolutely anything is possible - which indeed it is, if you set out to be the best that you can be!

Great Options to Enjoy When Visiting the Show Me State
Branson, Missouri is known to be a big, somewhat tacky tourist destination with more country music theatres than you could count along with every type of amusement park to go along with it. It is kind of like a country version of Las Vegas with a hint of Nashville thrown in. For those people that are headed to Branson but do not want to be in the middle of the country music variety shows and the water parks, there are many other options now available in the area to enjoy thanks to the sale of Branson vacant land and the building of some of these nicer areas. This article will describe some of the things that are not considered tourist attractions but are very enjoyable experiences for adults that want a quieter, less chaotic vacation says a group of Branson realtors.
Branson is actually a great place to go if you are an avid golfer and want to play on a variety of championship level courses. The city now has twelve golf courses to play on, all of them unique from each other and of various difficulties making it a great place for all levels of golfers. Surrounding these different golf courses are beautiful hotels with special golf packages as well as amenities such as spa treatments for those golfers that may need a relaxing and therapeutic massage following a day on the links.
Another great thing offered in Branson for adults to enjoy is a couple of wineries located in the area. The two wineries are Mount Pleasant Winery and Stone Hill Winery. Mount Pleasant winery is in Augusta, Missouri and started in 1859 by a pair of brothers from Germany. This winery has received many awards for its different wines where they grow a variety of 12 grapes to produce the wine. In 2008, they opened an additional branch in Branson for more visitors to experience. Stone Hill Winery is a family owned winery that is as old as the other one but much larger in size. They are known for having a great full bodied red wine from the Norton grape variety as well as other choices. Both places have tours and wine tasting which is a fun way to spend the day.
Branson landing is a lakefront project that opened in the summer of 2006. It is located on Lake Taneycomo which is located right in downtown Branson. It has several outdoor shopping stores as well as a lot of different great restaurants all looking out on the lake. This is a beautiful spot to spend the day browsing in the many retail spots as well as having a nice meal in a beautiful setting.
For outdoor enthusiasts, renting a boat and going fishing or just for a nice tour of Lake Taneycomo is a great way to spend the day. It is a manmade reservoir that has the feeling of both a lake and a river making it a perfect place to fish and explore.

Family Vacations - Lesser Known Areas of Fun
When you start planning a vacation you may find that getting there can be quiet expensive. Plane tickets to hot tourist destinations can be pretty pricey. So if you are looking to have fun with the family and want to cut cost on airlines then you may consider these less known cities of fun.
Nashville, TN-
Often referred to as the country music capital, this city is also home to many family focused activities. They have a zoo which includes the largest community-built playground and many beautiful exhibits. My family and I went there with their cousins and after spending 7 hours in shaded walk ways we still didn't see everything and my kids can't wait to go back. They also have an Adventure Science Center and many other features. If you want to drive a bit you can also visit a few aquariums that are amazing.
Williamsburg, VA-
This is a great place to go for a little culture and fun. They have a Europe-themed amusement park that sits on a 100-acre property. Then after you've spent a couple days there you can end your vacation in Water Country USA, which has 30+ rides, live entertainment and shopping.
Branson, MO-
This city was often called America's Family Destination, this title has been used a lot less in the past decade, but the fun is still there. They have rides, festivals and a city where more the 100 people show off their various skills to anyone willing to watch.
Bar Harbor, ME-
This city is rarely talked about, nor is it ever considered a tourist hot spot, however, for families this city has a little bit of everything for everyone. There are beaches and beach style rides. Plus it sits next to Acadia National Park which has ranger guided programs for outdoor family fun. There is also an oceanarium where kids can get up close and personal with various marine life and a Lobster Hatchery for your children to learn everything they want about Lobsters.

Various Reasons For Snoring
Snoring may happen involuntarily but it can cause a lot of problem to the ones sharing room with the snorer. In some cases, it has even lead to divorce. There are many reasons for snoring. Snoring is caused by having too much nasal or throat tissues which are likely to vibrate when the air passages get blocked. The narrowing of the air ways obstructs smooth breathing and causes snoring. The muscles of the throat and tongue get weakened and are likely to sway when relaxing. As they sway during sleep, they are likely to come in the way of air passages and create blockage. The blocking of the air passages leads to snoring. There are many reasons which cause weakening of the muscles.
Being overweight is a common reason. Excess fatty tissues in the neck can narrow the air passages and lead to snoring. The air passages of males are generally narrower than that of females. Therefore, males are more likely to snore than females.
Drinking alcohol makes your body relax. It also relaxes the muscles of your tongue and throat. You have a greater chance of snoring as these muscles relax. Antihistamines and sleeping pills have the same effect on muscles as alcohol consumption does.
Sleeping on your back is also a major reason for snoring. It can be prevented by trying sleeping on your sides. Use of low pillows while sleeping also causes snoring. This can be prevented by using an extra pillow and keeping your head in an elevated position during sleep.
There may be many more reasons as to why people snore such as genetics, allergies and deformities of the nasal passage. It is therefore recommended that you consult your doctor who can tell you better what are your reasons for snoring and what you can do to overcome it.

Hot Air Ballooning - A Beginners Guide
The original way to fly from the first known flights of the Montgolfier brothers to more recent pioneers like Sir Richard Branson's record breaking flights Hot air Ballooning is one of the most fascinating sports to participate in.
Hot air ballooning is probably the slowest way to fly and probably not the safest but as far as being the most spectacular it's hard to beat. Booking a hot air balloon ride is fairly easy and common there are lots of Hot Air Balloon company's providing excellent flying experience.
Before taking the plunge and booking a flight check out the company and it's pilots experience as making sure the company has been certified by the CAA and the pilots are qualified and have a good safety record.
I started off going to Hot Air Balloon festivals there are some great shows around UK, Europe and the States the biggest being the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta which is held in October every year. In Britain we have 2 good Hot Air Balloon festivals the biggest being the Bristol Balloon Festival and it was great lots to do and see as well multiple Balloon launches over two hundred balloons took part.
Hot Air Balloons come in a lot of different shapes and sizes depending on the usage the really large ones are used to carry more people and sometimes you can see these saw for miles as they must contain the ability to carry more weight and more fuel on board.
Hot Air Balloons are difficult to pilot and must be flown in the early morning or in the evening as these are the times that the air is most still and manageable for the pilot. During the day there can be too much interference from thermals lots of hot air rising that can cause the hot air balloon to be unstable.
So if you book a balloon trip and its early in the morning don't forget it can very cold at altitude sensible clothing and a woolly hat are recommended items. Listen carefully to the safety brief from the balloon centre paying attention often makes for a safe landing.
Knowing what to expect does not prepare you for the feeling seeing the burner heating the balloon and standing in the basket waiting for the lift off which is carefully controlled by the pilot to be smooth as not to rise too rapidly.
Once in the air the you see the world from a totally unexpected way as you glide almost silently across the land. Some countries that have wild animals this is one the greatest ways of seeing wildlife in the natural stat without disturbing them.
Having been on many balloon rides in the UK and Europe as well as Africa I can recommend that this is an experience that you will never forget. However on the one in Africa I was a little pre occupied with not coming down in a heard of lions or something else. Fortunately as you will find out the balloons are tracked with GPS so that the support vehicle so that they can quickly pack up the Hot Air Balloon when it lands.
A hot air balloon is steered by the pilot understanding that air at different heights moves in different directions and the pilots skill is to interpret the weather for the day and adjust the height of the balloon to go in the correct direction for the day's planned flight.
Riding the skies at dusk and dawn is a real thrill and looking down at our busy way of life while drifting across the sky makes for a real fun day out. I urge you to put this on one of your to do before you die lists and get out there and cloud hop across sky.

How Soon Can Ab Workout Routines Be Done After Pregnancy?
Going through nine months of pregnancy, followed by delivery and finally getting to see the birth of a newborn baby is worth putting on weight and watching the stomach muscles become stretched. However, now that the birth is over, it is time for mom to start focusing on herself again. It is important that any woman who has given birth, to get permission from her doctor before starting her ab workout routines. Typically, doctors recommend six to eight weeks for a normal delivery and up to twelve weeks for a cesarean.
Women need to remember that even with an easy and healthy pregnancy and delivery, the body has gone through several dramatic changes. Therefore, if she were to walk out of the hospital in her normal street clothes and looked as if she had never had a baby, internally, healing must be completed before any type of workout routines could begin. Pushing things too quickly could cause serious damage so it is always best to follow the doctor's advice.
While women can usually begin with gentle exercises that require very small movements, it can take up to three months for a woman's body to heal completely after giving birth. Again, most women should not even consider ab or any other type of workout routines, even simple ones for a minimum of six months, and longer for a C-section. An excellent way to move back into your workout routines is with walking. This will help boost stamina and strengthen muscles. When ready, easy ab workout routines could be started and while they may not build the muscles as a hardcore workout would, they do stimulate flood flow so healing time is reduced.
Now, when the body is ready and the doctor gives the green light, normal workout routines could be started. However, the initial routines would still not be the strenuous ones the woman might have done prior to her pregnancy. Even so, she could use a resistance ball to do subtle sit-ups, use leg lifts to build and define stronger abdominal muscles and others. For the woman who works out in the gym, while it might be tempting to start using equipment with weights, at the six-week post-pregnancy mark, this would be too difficult on the body.
By the time three months rolls around, women can then get serious about their ab workout routines as well as their full workouts, doing much of what was done before. At that point, the doctor would have completed a physical examination to make sure the rectus abdominal muscles have not become separated during birth. With these muscles going under the rib cage to the pubic bone, these muscles are made to stretch, which makes it possible for a woman to give birth. However, it takes about two to three months for the muscles to go back into normal position and if the muscles were still stretched open, exercise would have to be put on hold a little longer.
For the woman who has been dedicated to her workout routines before becoming pregnant, it is very difficult to be patient. After all, she wants her pre-pregnancy body back! However, rushing things too fast could put these routines on hold indefinitely. Therefore, it is more important for women to be patient, listen to the doctor and ease into post-pregnancy workouts so the harder exercises can eventually be done.

If You Can Believe It, You Can Achieve It - Reframing For Success
The key to quickly changing a belief is to associate massive pain with the old belief and associate massive pleasure with the new belief. Think about how that old belief has held you back and stagnated your potential. See of all of missed opportunities and grief this belief caused you. Feel the pain this belief has caused you and others. Does that create a frustrated feeling within you? Good! Amplify that feeling.
Imagine if you had this new, healthier belief ten years ago. What would your life be like?
See the huge gap between where you could be and where you are. This belief caused that gap. That gap represents pain. The pain is the pain of not having the life that is your God given right to have.
Now, reframe that belief into one that motivates you and pulls you in the direction you want to go. Here are some examples how you can reframe old beliefs into new ones.
Money Belief Reframe
Money is a tool that you can use for good. You can help more people when you have more money. You can help your family when you have more money. You will sleep better at night knowing you have emergency funds when something goes awry. Money is a result of service to other people.
Attraction Belief Reframe
Attraction is not an intellectual decision. We see too many instances of average men with beautiful women and handsome men with average women. The truth is that a good person looks for qualities not quantities.
Examples of quantities are how much money does the person make. What kind of car does the person drive? What kind of job does the person have? When a person really knows his or herself, he or she will focus instead on qualities not quantities. Quality refers to the types of emotional experiences you have when you are with this person. When you are with someone who touches places within you that you maybe didn't even know existed, you will find massive attraction. You want someone to say, "I've never met anyone like you before," not, "I've never met someone with a car like this before."
When you believe that you have to have quantities in order to get someone attracted to you, the message is that you are not enough with those "things." That is massive self-doubt in action.
Education Belief Reframe
Formal education is great, but not necessary to succeed. There are too many examples of people who have done extraordinarily well with by learning from their real life experience rather than an ivory tower theory. Your author is one of them. Far more impressive is the success of Virgin founder Sir Richard Branson, who dropped out of school at age 16 and went on to become a billionaire.
To coin a corny phrase, if you can believe it you can achieve it. History is full of people overcoming incredible odds including self-doubt to achieve remarkable accomplishments. You will be one of them.

Advertise Your Business Using Personalised Stubby Holders
Among the thousands of items businesses use for advertising, personalised stubby holders are the most frequently used throughout the year. These drinking companions wrapped snugly around bottles, cans and glasses of beer are light and handy, making them a common sight in bars, pubs, restaurants, parties, gatherings, social events, barbeques, swimming pools, and in homes. So, if you're planning an advertising gimmick with optimum exposure, do it with personalised stubby holders.
Perfect summer giveaway
Summer time spells beach and outdoor fun. Exploit the season by giving away stubby holders where there are large crowds. These holders are welcome treats to keep beer and drink cans cool while people bask in the sun. They're great ideas for drawing attention to your business while generating lots of goodwill from your market. Promote your business or advertise your brand by printing your company name and/or logo on these personalised holders.
All-year round promotion
Beer is the world's most popular beverage and perhaps most loved in Australia. But it's a drink that has to be chilled and served ice cold. Keeping its iciness can be a challenge and wrapping the bottle or glass with stubby holders does the trick. These coolers are made of neoprene which acts as a barrier to maintain the cool temperature of drinks. And people drink beer regardless of the season. Putting your brand on frequently used items results in maximum marketing mileage.
Make a good first impression
If you're starting a new business or launching a new product, making a good impression to your market is very important. The usual caps, pens, calendars and clocks may be given away but they lack the novelty and oomph of stubby holders. These items come in a wide range of colours, shapes and sizes and are easily custom-printed to convey your message as well as your contact information. With a little creativity, they will readily add a touch of class to your marketing campaign.
Giving out items with your brand name printed on them is a proven, effective and powerful way to make people aware of your brand. You can be predictable by having the usual freebies that people may be tired of receiving, or you can choose to stand out and be appreciated by giving away attractive personalised stubby holders.

Why Do Some Leaders Seem to Draw Charismatic and Magnetic People to Them Without Even Trying?
We probably all know someone who seems to draw charismatic and magnetic people to them from everywhere without even trying. And often times these people will go on to achieve massive results in their lives. Ever wondered what their secret is? What makes them stand out from the crowd? Let's look at a few leaders and see if we can find some common ground.
Richard Branson was around 15 years of age when he decided he wanted to give the students a voice. He proceeded to sell ad space for a magazine that didn't even exist. And he got buy in. He then went on to start a small mail order record business to provide cheap music. This later became Virgin Records.
Warren Buffet had about $100 when he spotted his first investment house, which was going to cost over $100,000. He faced some fierce opposition along the way, but he now has a net worth of multi billions.
Donald Trump's first investment was the Commodore hotel. It was totally run down and had a shocking reputation, as part of it was a massage parlour. Not only did he get buy in from multiple parties, one of them was the city!
So all these leaders have fought the odds and won. But how?
The first thing they quite obviously had was a clear dream and vision of what they wanted. Even against the odds, they had to truly believe their goal was achievable. But that was only part of the equation. You see in all of these cases, they also had to get the buy in from other people. They had to get other people to believe that their dream was worth investing in.
Charismatic and magnetic leaders can bring people together who not only control and believe in their own destiny, but they also spur others on to achieve massive results through their beliefs. This is when you get synergy among people, and synergy is a powerful force. When you get groups of people working synergistically towards a common goal, you often see results that are 100, or even 1000 times beyond what they could achieve if they were working alone.
This is in line with J. Paul Getty's saying "I'd rather have 1% of 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own effort".
So believe in your dreams, and then convince others that your dream is worth investing in. Once you start the wheels of synergy in motion it can become an unstoppable beast!

Richard Branson
Richard Branson is an English entrepreneur with an unmatched style and flamboyance with an everlasting appetite to start new businesses. He is well known for his famous brand "Virgin" that spans over 350 companies doing business in various aspects ranging from credit cards to airlines and music "Megastore".
Richard Branson was born on July 18, 1950 in Blackheath, London. Branson's journey began early as he published the "Student" magazine when he was just 16. He did not complete graduation and started an audio record mail-order business in 1970. By 1972 Richard opened a chain of record stores later known as "Megastores" marking the birth of the Virgin brand. Branson's Virgin brand has had tremendous success during the 80's as he set up the Virgin Atlantic Airways. In 1990 Richard sold the Virgin Records groups to EMI for $1 billion to keep afloat his airlines business. Branson later re-entered the records business in 1996 under the name "V2 records" but didn't enjoy the same success and later sold it to Zavvi.
The Virgin brand has a vast geographical coverage with business centers located in United Kingdom, the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Asian, Europe and South Africa. The net worth of Richard Branson is close to US $ 2.5 billion and he is among the top 300 billionaires list of Forbes.
Richard Branson was awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Technology from Loughborough University in 1993. He was knighted in 1999 for his services to entrepreneurship. In 2000, Branson received the Tony Jannus Award for his accomplishments in commercial air transportation.
He is passionate about his life and enjoys every moment and challenge that comes his way.
In his own words:
"Sometimes I do wake up in the mornings and feel like I've just had the most incredible dream. I've just dreamt my life." - Richard Branson

How to Give a Female an Orgasm Every Time!
Learning how to have a female orgasm could be much more difficult than anyone thinks it to be. Men generally reach their sexual climax much easier and faster in comparison to their female partners. Most females need some extra care and effort so that they can attain their orgasms.
Part of it lies in the biology of the females. Women do not have ejaculation as men do. Hence, their sexual climax is mostly undefined. Females can also have multiple and powerful orgasms within a single session. But for a man, this is next to impossible and, if it happens, it is often dangerous.
Men who are trying how to give their partners an orgasm must know that there are several common but effective techniques that work. Let us take a look at these techniques.
1. Men must learn how to prolong their own sexual climax. Most women take longer than men do to reach their peak.
2. If there are problems such as premature ejaculation, it is necessary to seek treatment for them immediately. If the man ejaculates within a short time, the woman is most likely to remain dissatisfied and frustrated.
One way to prolong the ejaculation is that the woman must be made the active partner. She must lie on top, so to speak. When the woman lies on top, men cannot control the sexual act and hence their arousal is slow. On the other hand, it gives women the better control of the act and so they get more aroused.
Foreplay should not be avoided
Foreplay is something that must be an important part of the entire sexual act. Foreplay does not just prepare the partners for the penetrative aspect of sex but also makes the sexual act more enjoyable to both. When the foreplay is longer, the woman is likely to have more secretions in her genital tract. This helps her in getting a more profound orgasm.
Men must also acquaint themselves with the various parts of the woman's body and learn which of them are the most sensitive. He must learn how to arouse these parts of the body. The likely parts that men stimulate are the breasts and the clitoris, but even innocuous parts such as thighs, armpits, nape of the neck and such are highly excitable.
Sex Positions must be used Carefully
There are many sex positions that can be used and hence it is not a good idea to stick to one routine. Variety brings about more arousal to the woman. Care should also be taken to caress the organs in different ways. Fondling, cupping, squeezing and even light pinching are actions that can arouse women in their vital body parts.
It is also a good idea to communicate with the woman as to which position she is looking for. Women may have different moods at different times. Hence, it is best to ask them what they are looking for on that particular occasion.
Time it Right
Timing does matter! A woman will have a much better orgasm if she is in a good mood, is calm and does not have any stress playing on her mind. One more thing to remember about sex is to avoid it when either one of the couple is with a full stomach or bladder.
Also, the right timing of sex depends on what phase of her menstrual period the woman is going through. There may be times when she just hates sex and there may be other times when she just cannot wait to get started.

Dyslexia and Wealth
A study recently commissioned by the British Broadcasting Company 2 for its series The Mind of a Millionaire found that self-made millionaires are four times more likely than the rest of the population to be dyslexic. The study, done by a team of psychologists and business experts, spent a day putting the subjects through a battery of tests. Of the 5,000 British millionaires selected for the study, a significant majority reported struggling in school. Of the 300 millionaires studied more closely, about 40% of them were diagnosed with dyslexia.
Experts in dyslexia are not surprised by these results. "Most people who make a million have difficult childhoods or have been frustrated in a major way. Dyslexia is one of the driving forces behind that," said Adrian Atkinson, a business psychologist involved in the study. Ali Bazley, a representative of the British Dyslexia Association, feels that dyslexics compensate for their difficulties by looking at the "big picture", thinking creatively and strategically.
Another explanation for the success of dyslexics might have to do with the fact that they are often socially isolated as children; they spend more time alone, looking for creative solutions and strategies that can help them work around their weakness. Take Richard Branson, for example, the owner of approximately 150 enterprises bearing the Virgin name. Branson remembers school as a "nightmare", having to memorize passages word for word to cover for his dyslexia. While he is certain he must have failed standardized tests, it turns out those tests failed him; they neglected to recognize Richard's sports talents, passionate ambition, and unique knack not only to connect with people, but to energize them - traits that eventually made Branson a billionaire.
Branson's secret to success lies in thinking "outside the box". For example, when other airlines reacted to falling business by chopping fares and cutting service, Branson's Virgin Airlines took a different tack - they kept their fares reasonable but added amenities (i.e. in-flight massages, exercise facilities, showers) that proved so enticing to passengers, that Virgin Airlines became a big moneymaker. In fact, all 150 of Branson's enterprises are profitable because he doesn't buy into the traditional corporate structure; he keeps his staffs small and achieves success by encouraging and empowering their ideas. His primary goal is not making money - finding an innovative idea and creating a new success is what drives Branson.
Another significant finding of the British study is the way dyslexics react to failure. Instead of quitting, they consider failure a learning experience, an opportunity to do better next time. They capitalize on their strengths. One of the members of the research team, Rene Caraylol, said he's never seen such an optimistic bunch, adding, "Everything is an opportunity - the glass isn't full, it is spilling over."
