How Branson Shows It's Appreciation For 2009
As Branson winds down the year 2009 you can almost hear a sigh. It is to the hearers imagination to believe this sigh is a sigh of relief the 2009 entertainment season is drawing to a close. Or maybe because it is a sigh that 2009 has been a slightly better year than 2008 which was a real disaster. I personally thought with lower fuel prices 2009 would be much better than 2008 but it turns out that folks are concerned about the economy and wonder about their job or maybe whether the company they receive a pension from will even be in business next year.
I know if that sigh is coming from someone that is involved in a show that it is a sigh of relief that they have really "broken a leg" (a saying from a back stage colleague when someone goes on stage to really give it their all) in their effort to do everything they could to make 2009 as successful as they could.
The Branson Shows closed or slowed down around the end of October for a short time to prepare for their gift to their customers for their business in 2009 by giving them the best Branson Christian Christmas Celebration ever. The City of Branson Shows it's appreciation by dressing up it's store fronts it's street corners and all it's public buildings in the most festive way possible.
Branson turns itself into the nations best and favorite place to visit during the Christmas season. All the Branson Shows have special music, skits and acts all through November and December. This is truly the way Branson Shows it's appreciation to everyone that comes for a visit during the year.
Another thing they do that you don't see very often elsewhere is they come out to the stage front or lobby during intermission or after the show and sign autographs and visit with all the folks and everyone really appreciates this extra gift. They really try to make a personal connection with every person that attends their event.
After the entertainment season and the year 2009 ends everyone sighs a sigh of relief and feeling of good will and maybe plan a road trip to do some extra entertaining elsewhere to try to augment their Branson Show earnings and to remind folks about them and what they have to offer in Branson. Most shows in Branson close from Christmas to late April or early March. This gives them time to take a little vacation, enjoy their family, take part in a training or learning program, or just take a well deserved rest and then it is time to start planning and practicing for the new 2010 entertainment season.

Can You Make Money From Brawn GP Like Richard Branson?
Sir Richard Branson has long been known for making astute business deals, but the deal he struck to enter Formula 1 racing on the eve of the 2009 season looks like genius - it's unlikely the rest of us can repeat it, but there's still money to be made from Brawn GP team...
March 2009 and as the first race of the 2009 F1 season looms in Australia, Sir Richard Branson is on one of his own Virgin jumbos down under to meet with Ross Brawn and the rest of Brawn GP team.
Brawn had only himself bought the team at the last minute, but his experience had led to the team having mechanical advantages over the rest of the field that put his cars at the front of the grid.
Branson and Brawn signed the deal the evening before the race, estimated to be around the quarter million mark.
The Brawn cars came first and second in the race, netting Branson a figure from TV rights estimated in the couple of million - not a bad return!
Plus of course the famous Virgin brand logo is on the cars.
As Branson tries to sign a bigger deal, possibly involving changing the team name to Virgin F1, how can us mere mortals make money from the Brawn success?
Well, one answer is merchandising - F1 is a big seller of merchandise, from team shirts to caps to replica car models, and they all sell at fairly big prices.
If you affiliate with a site that sells these products, you then get paid a commission on any sales from traffic you send.
That may not sound like much, but if a replica Brawn F1 car sells for $50 and you get 25%, that's $12.50 for every sale, and those small numbers can add up to big numbers.
The other easy way to profit from F1 is to write about it. Sports fans in general, and F1 fans specifically are ravenous for information, in fact the whole deck of cards is based around gossip from the pit lane.
So you can write about the sport, and then the readers to sites which you then monetize.
So although it may not be possible to make the tidy return that Richard Branson did, you can still make good money from the success of the Brawn GP team.

7 Mind Set Survival Tactics For Zoomers & Super Zoomers
Read time 1.5 minutes.
Question to Self: Do I have the courage to act in response to the new rules of life in this "Great Disruption"?
RoH (Return on Heartbeats): More joy and a sense of abundance.
Potential Failures: (1). To flex into resiliency. (2). Inability to re-invent oneself.
Super Zoomers - those of us 60 plus years old and still engaged in our careers.
Peter Thomas - 71 years old, just come out with a book. Be Great.
John Wooden, 99 has a new book on mentoring - A Game Plan for Life.
Warren Buffet - bought a railroad to play with and make money.
More Super Zoomers have had to re-examine our concept about retirement. Many of us have chosen "pro-tirement" (not being employed but rather choosing to be engaged on our own terms)as a result of; (a) the recent economic melt down of this "Great Disruption and/or (b) because we want to be actively involved in making a contribution as an antidote to a slow erosion of our mental, physical and spiritual energies.
Zoomers - men and women 50-60 years old and still vitally "doing the deed."
David Haber, Austrian Consulate and Trade Commissioner in Vancouver.
Leslie Meingast, CEO - the Galt Group of Companies.
Richard Branson - CEO of Virgin.
Bill and Melinda Gates - giving back.
Zoomers' challenge is keep alive and sharp, because they too are (a) affected by the economic "Great Disruption" and (b) most will be in the workforce for the 5-10 years. This is not a time to allow oneself to lose the vital energy needed to stay sharp and feel the satisfaction of a life and career well-lived - as well as have fun.
The 7 Mind Set Survival Tactics For Zoomers & Super Zoomers
We are free to choose how to respond to anything that happens to us - for better or for worse.
We create meaning in our lives by being true to our values and goals.
Every day is an opportunity to find meaning and energy.
Our best friends expose our blind spots - should we choose to see and acknowledge them.
Insights and perspectives when combined with laughing at ourselves brings joy and health.
With every difficult situation we can shift our perspective.
We can our stretch ourselves into greatness until we take our last breath only if we do not suffer from "psychosclerosis" - hardening of the mind.
Human Principle #2: We are most energetic and alive when we:
* Are aligned with our personal and business values; and...
* Choose to be engaged in life on our terms.

Paris - A Versailles Travel Destination Makes a Wonderful Holiday Trip
Versailles in Paris is one of the most popular attractions in France. It is a beautiful place with remarkable architecture, beautiful interiors and stunning landscaped gardens. Not surprising, many tourists around the world want to embark on a Versailles tour to see for themselves the beauty and grandeur of the famous Versailles palace.
The château de Versailles symbolised the great power of the French monarchy. It was built in 1624 as a hunting lodge for Louis XIII. Later, it was developed by Louis XIV and became the largest palace in Europe. For the development of this project, Louis XIV had engaged architects Louis Le Vau and Jules Hardouin-Mansart, painter Charles Le Brun and landscaper André Le Nôtre. By 1774, after alterations by Louis XV and XVI, it became a grand and huge place, housing more than 10,000 courtiers and servants.
The Versailles palace possesses a stunning combination of wonderful paintings, special mirrors, exclusive fabrics and fantastic interiors. The main highlights of the château are the King's State Bedroom, Queen's Bedroom, Hall of Mirrors and Chapelle Royale. The main apartments are located on the first floor of the château. The first floor of the Chapelle Royale was reserved for use by the royal family whilst the ground floor by the court. The interior of the Chapelle Royalle are beautifully decorated. Great state occasions used to be held in the Hall of Mirrors, which is a magnificent multi-mirrored room, with a length of about 73m.
Apart from the château, there are the Grand Trianon, Petit Trianon, Hameau de la Reine (Queen's Hamlet) and the vast gardens. The Grand Trianon at Versailles was built by Louis XIV in 1687. It is a small place for him to escape from the formal duties of the château and enjoy the company of his mistress, Madame de Maintenon. This building is made of stone and pink marble. The Petit Trianon, another building, was built in 1762 as a retreat for Louis XV. The Hameau de la Reine (Queen's Hamlet) was built at the request of Queen Marie-Antoinette, who wanted a refuge from the daily tasks of the chateau. It was a farm with orchards and fields which used to produce food for the royal table.
The vast gardens in Versailles span an area of approximately 8 sq km. The gardens are formed by structured patterns and consist of pathways, shrubberies, flowerbeds, pools and fountains. Furthermore, there are many beautiful statues which form part of the attractions of the gardens. These sculptures are being covered up during the winter months.
If you wish to explore thoroughly the historical and architectural heritage of the Versailles palace, you will need to spend more than a day in Versailles. On Saturdays and Sundays, during the period from April to September, you will be able to see the fountains dance according to music. An extra is fee charged to enter the gardens during this period. The Versailles palace is usually very crowded on Sundays.
Versailles is indeed a remarkable place with grand interiors, beautiful paintings and lovely gardens. You can find many fascinating highlights here. A Versailles tour is necessary to fully appreciate its beauty and grandeur. Without doubt, you will enjoy the wonderful insights this place offers. A Versailles travel destination will certainly give you a wonderful holiday trip! For more information, visit Cheap Flights website now!

Learn Business Entrepreneuring Skills
Have a little scout around the internet and you will find websites offering to teach you how to become a business entrepreneur - for a price. This is their own business entrepreneurship in action, and it proves that you don't need to pay thousands of dollars to learn these skills; one website is enough to generate substantial income. Whilst some of these sites will be genuinely useful, many will be offering you information you can glean for free from a more extensive search of Google using relevant search terms.
The problem with paying for business entrepreneurial skills is the one thing that's left out of your learning curve: the killer idea that will power your business through even the stormiest of seas. No one is just going to hand you a world-beating idea on a plate. The first thing you really need if you want to become an entrepreneur is a product or service that will make you a good profit because enough people want to buy it. Richard Branson was 16 when he launched as an entrepreneur. By the time he was 22 he had a chain of record stores. He identified a market and provided the product more cheaply than the competition. You don't need to go to business school to know why that would work.
Reasons business entrepreneurship skills may fail.
Ironically, perhaps the biggest bar to someone learning entrepreneurial skills are the common misconceptions regarding how entrepreneurs get going in the first place. Chief amongst these are:
A business plan is the most essential part of a business start-up - Business owners who have been around a while know that a business plan is not as important as the ability to obtain finance. Of course, finance is easier to come by if a business plan is well drawn-up, but you have to remember that the foundation of any business plan is the product or service that underpins it. Whilst being able to draw up a business plan is a worthy entrepreneurial skill, it is a pointless exercise without a great idea behind it. And if there is a great idea behind it, the idea, and not the business plan, will be the thing that gets the finance flowing in.
Half of all new entrepreneurs buy an existing business rather than create their own - Statistics actually show that around three-quarters of businesses are started from scratch by entrepreneurs. Buying an existing business does not really make you an entrepreneur. When you realize how many people instead create something out of nothing, then you can start to understand that entrepreneurial skills are perhaps not as difficult to master as you'd previously thought.
It takes years to start a new business - This thought can put many people off even trying. In fact, most businesses are established within just six months.
Sometimes, your greatest skill as a business entrepreneur is being able to dispel the myths and banish the fears and just get going. Anita Roddick, founder of the Body Shop, said this about her business learning curve: "Nobody talks about entrepreneurship as survival, but that's exactly what it is and what nurtures creative thinking. Running that first shop taught me business is not financial science; it's about trading: buying and selling."

Las Vegas - The City of Casinos
No kids to worry about when going on vacation means you can go to the "adult fun capital of the U.S." - Las Vegas. The thrill of the casinos and the shows available are part of the Vegas experience. The Las Vegas Strip is one of the places you can find the action of the casinos 24 hours a day. The hotels are abundant and often the price is quite cheap if you stay at one that is a part of the casinos.
If you are here to enjoy a few sights while visiting, one you might want to take in is the Fountains of Bellagio. This is a show you will not forget anytime soon. The lights, water and music make one of the most captivating shows. The whole thing is choreographed and the beauty it creates against the Las Vegas skyline is absolutely stunning. From Broadway to classical to opera this is an aquatic achievement that will truly impress.
Enjoy an Eiffel Tower encounter with a version of the real thing only on a ½ scale. This building has gorgeous views of Las Vegas and the top level is a dining experience you will enjoy to the utmost. Ride the roller coaster that resides next to the Stratosphere Casino. This thrilling ride will take you up to a wonderful view of the area.
Take in a show at Caesar's Palace. With the many choices of entertainers in the Las Vegas area, you are sure to find one that interests you. Don't forget to try your luck at one of the slot machines. Who knows? You might go home a big winner.

Travelling Green Made Easy
Nearing the winter months, many come to tropical countries to escape the harsh bitter cold season. The maps, pads of paper, the pencils and the internet are tools of itineraries in the making. With so many things to consider, may I so kindly slip one small item of interest on your table - so small, but could possibly make all the difference in the world? The slip of paper would read: "Go green."
The biggest impact on our environment is travel, which means making decisions to take small positive actions that can go a long way to helping reduce CO2 in the atmosphere. What airlines, car rental agencies and hotels are environmentally friendly or least are making efforts to clean up? What can we do before we leave, while on vacation and when we return that can make a difference?
Well, I'm glad you asked! Here's a brief checklist of easy-to-implement ideas that can save you money, support businesses that are trying to do the right thing and lessen the negative impact of global warming. Enjoy and bon voyage!
Where to Go?
You can visit any State in the U.S. or any country in the world and remain environmentally friendly. The canyons are most spectacular and educational. The Niagara Falls is breathe-taking and inspiring. Prince Edward Island in Canada offers crisp, clean air and soft grasses you can sleep on!
The beautiful rain forests of Costa Rica are still preserved and Geneva is one of the best I've seen in Europe so far! And, of course, I must mention the best beaches are in Thailand (OK, I'm bias!). Phi Phi Island from the movie "Beaches" are truly breath-taking and the waters are so clear I can see the grains of sand while standing up!!!
Singapore is one the most environmentally friendly countries in Asia. I still have yet to find litter on the street. Sydney, Australia recently turned off the lights of the city in support of sustainability and has taken record-setting measures to improve the quality of their air and water. New Zealand is not only THE epitome of "Green" they also are some of the most fascinating sports - Fear Factor anyone?
Where to Stay?
Many hotels across the world are taking the initiative to incorporate green business practices in their companies. They save energy and money and they remain competitive. There are directories available online that will list green hotels and their environmentally-friendly practices.
Some directories rate hotels who recycles; uses updated water-saving toilets and shower heads; educate their staff and guests about the environment; uses alternative sources of energy such as biomass, solar or wind systems; donates to the community; participates or have received certification from green programs, etc.
How to Get There?
Air Travel
Continental Airlines have replaced their fleet with more efficient fuel-saving aircrafts reducing emissions by up to 5%. Their ground equipment at their hub in Houston, Texas reduced the nitrogen oxide output by 75%. They also have a full-time of environmentalists dedicated to helping the company improve their terminals and track carbon emissions and chemical recycling.
Virgin Air has focused their attention to using bio-fuels and to eventually wean themselves off fossil fuels. The founder, Richard Branson, has dedicated all his airline profits for the next ten years to global warming research (estimated $3 billion).
There are also CO2 emissions calculators available allowing you to pay a little extra to offset the carbon emissions generated from the flight. That money then goes to research, invested in environmentally-friendly projects and/or renewable resources. A great resource is Sustainable Travel International (STI). It's a non-profit organization that gives details about the various carbon offsets programs available.
On the Road
Many car rental agencies in America are still behind when it comes to offering hybrids. EV Rental in California and Arizona and Bio-Beetle in Hawaii are great if you're traveling in those areas. If you can get your hands on a hybrid, you can save gas and the atmosphere and they are competitively priced. This is also a great way to test hybrids if you're thinking of buying a car in the future.
If hybrids are not available, Hertz has a Green Collection program for fuel-efficient cars. Toyotas and Hondas tend to be the most energy-efficient cars. If you're looking for larger models, consider Ford.
Before You Go...
Here's a quick list that will help tremendously:
* Put a hold on the newspaper delivery until you come back.
* Turn down the water heater temperature (I've turn it off at the circuit breaker, but some feel uncomfortable with that idea.)
* Unplug the appliances. If you unplug the refrigerator, be sure to leave the doors open to prevent mold accumulation.
* Consider using a reusable camera instead of the disposal ones. It will definitely save you money and you'll have better control of your images.
* Consider using rechargeable batteries.
* Bring some comfortable walking shoes - walking or biking is the best way to see everything and get in touch with the locals!
While You're There
Alas, you've made it! Now enjoy the experience! Relax and learn from the locals. The best trips are the ones that allow you to get a taste of life from different perspectives.
Consider renting a bike and seeing all the sights not listed in your travel guide! If you can canoe or kayak, imagine the sights you can tell all your jealous friends! Share your green experiences with the locals and I'm sure they would appreciate the time and attention you put into keeping their community clean.
Here are just a few more tips you can use while you're there:
* Consider recycling your discards before you dump it. Many areas now have recycling bins available through their cities, especially in Europe and Canada.
* If you don't need fresh towels and sheets every day, tell housekeeping. They would appreciate it and it saves the water and energy.
* Turn off the lights, TV and the air conditioner before you leave. It may be warm when you get back, but the A/C will cool your room pretty quickly.
* If you already brought your own soap, shampoo, etc., consider leaving the hotel's complimentary soaps for the next guests. That would reduce the amount of waste.
Coming Back Home
Here's one small idea that can go a long way: write a quick note or send an email to thank the businesses for being green conscience. This is new many establishments and some are making these changes as a test trial. Giving appreciation, and spreading the word, will not only encourage more environmentally sound practices, but it really feels good when someone appreciates your efforts. Bonus: you will feel good too!
Making a few changes or taking the time to consider greener options in your travels will save you money, help the environment, show others you care about their community and make you feel like you made a difference. PLUS, you can have the time of your life and unforgettable moments to be treasured for generations.

New Delhi the Capital of India is one of the oldest Cities in the world, so many Kings and emperors flourished in this city with a very great history. Many of the Kings have left some traces to history as palaces and monuments for the future generations to see. There are two Delhi's one is the old Delhi and the second is the New Delhi. In old Delhi has palaces, monuments and small streets and New Delhi has wide streets, big malls and it is well planned city.
The New Delhi has many important landmarks like India-Gate, The Indian Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Jantra mantra, Qutam Minnar and the North Block where the Indian Prime Minster lives and South Blocks where big business tycoon live. Tourism to Delhi covers all places in Delhi.
The city is as crowded with huge numbers of vehicles bustling through the busy streets, but New Delhi still keeps less due to wide streets. The bank of River Yamuna which is the main tributary of the holy River Ganges which passes through Delhi is still cool and green and fit to be nostalgic. Delhi has various tourist places in India which attract visitors to here and then other states of India.

Vijay Ghat is the war memorial for the memory of India's war with Bangladesh.
There are many museums in Delhi which are worth seeing. Delhi turns into the capital of cultural festivals and performing arts of all colors as winter season starts. The gardens are all overflowing with colorful flowers; they don't just add beauty to the Delhi city.

First to Market Theory
age-old question
Business scientists from around the world again and again the same question and came to the conclusion that his first preference is in the market place. Preferable to what? It is said that every product has a life cycle? And the milk? If this is true, and many universities are classified products and services in order to make a point and simply lump them all together. And 'correct? Yes or No would be a theoretical point of both sides and enough data to speakis desired in the history of the business to prove the conclusion to you. But basically I would say that the goods and services differ significantly from each other, are in many ways. For example, the reason for the purchase, the review of the product or service to the buyer, delivery and so on. Now it can be argued that there are some products entering the service sector and the product is not the consumer, without the service end of the equation are evaluated. maintenance contracts, almost aform of insurance are one type. For let us say a copy machine or something of that nature.
Let us take a mobile service-based business model for this discussion. The reason being I am in the service business and have been for 27 years. http://www.washguy.com and http://www.carwashguys.com.
Is it important to be first in the market? Yes or No? We have been successful competitors at both in various regional markets. If I had to chose, many times depending on the market I would say, I 'D rather be second or third in a market to assess the competition, interview clients, redesign and service are using my combination of technical, price targets, their use as a basis for my diversity and, of course, to capture their customers. It is much cheaper and cheaper to enter a market and skip the high cost of deploying a new service, making the demand and need in which there is neither the first or only user of such services, or education and all thinkingMarket segment and try to convince them because we have something they needed and could not live without.
So for these reasons I think many enterprise customers prefer to pay other by offering consumers what they really want at a price they are willing or services, so that the customer is forced to combat felt. Try, for example, sprint marketing, "let me write the current long-distance charges and see how much money can be saved?" Or even better:Entrepreneurial legend of Europe Richard Branson. He was not really first at anything, just giving the consumer another choice and addressing their true desires. Does it work? Yes 50 brand names later, Virgin is a force to be addressed or relinquish the market share. This does not mean it works every time, but he can market to the consumers who have already chosen a certain service and simply offer them better.
I talked with the marketing executives of Dominos Pizza at an International Franchising Association Conference and they discussed this phenomena with our team. Think of going into a country that never had pizza before and trying to convince them that they should all buy dough with melted cheese on top covered with other food items. They simply look at it and say I would rather have a Fajita Pita or worse what is this and why should I eat it? The first company in has to get everyone to try it and spend bu-co advertising dollars.
The second company in only has to offer the pizza once the countries citizens have decided, Hey this Pizza Thing with the cheese and stuff on it, is not all that bad after all. Much easier sell. See the point? And it has been played out over and over again and guess what, the aggressive agile company can easily move quicker and with better profits once the service or in this case the Pizza is accepted by the masses. Now does Pizza have a trend cycle? It is food, and last time I checked people were eating more not Judging by the few, paid for the sponsorship, the head of the girl gave the president of Jenny Craig. Oh yah, Monica, what is his name?
I watched this development in the markets and found more than ample opportunity to come out after the money and take it easy, what we want, as market share and be the first in competition with the messages we leave them to fight. Chances are that an exit strategy and whether it is the feeling of jumping into decline curve, what I feel is a matureMarket and take their profits or losses in some cases. But they do not realize their potential, or perhaps not matter and is ready for a different market or simply to give a product more to ride the curve. Even if a company is already on the market a tough opponent, no matter how we try to ServiceMaster. We have nothing to lose as an entry in one of their markets and everything to win. However, they have nothing to lose just to gain market share. Ifdecide to fight and refuse to relinquish market share they must turn on the direct sales, advertising, and marketing efforts, thus expanding the market for us. So if they had a 15% market penetration and we were to take 2%, that leave them with thirteen percent.
To keep quarterly numbers they need to increase the total market available to both of us to 17%. Also keep in mind that 2% of the two percent will be for us at no charge. That is truly free simply for seeking their unsatisfied customers and switching them. Now they must differentiate us from them thus spend more in advertising, which in doing so advertise that we exist and their customers actually do have a choice, it is a no win situation for them? Hardly an attribute for being first to market in my opinion? Hardly an advantage at the point of an entrant, a strong second to market competitor. If a second to market competitor slips in a price war because we have a nearly zero advertising budget using theirs to generate our expansion, then we can charge less. Let us say they charge $1000 for a given service and 15% is in sales and advertising. That means we can automatically charge 15% less than they do for the same profits. Faster ROI too. Also we did not have to pay the original marketing to get the ball rolling either. Very good deal. Why market when they already have simply ask their customers for the order and charge the less price. If they cannot handle it they can exit the market or spend more The money to keep before us, until their energy working against them. Similar to the art of Judo. Diplomacy is the art of making someone else Get Your Way.
For competition? It is not really an attack. It 'absolutely necessary that I remain, as the franchisor therefore more efficient to use maximum leverage of resources available for members who have invested in companies to help them return to feed their own families. So we found is that taking a lot cheapercompetitions customers through superior service and lower or more fair pricing or bundling (what the customer many times feels is more important) than to ferret out new customers through blanket marketing of junk mail or telemarketing. So then why not simple forget the high dollar marketing unless of course you happen to be first in the market anyway.
This is also a strategy preferred by scholars as the best possible scenario. Take the lead and hold onto for as long as possible. We have been successful at this approach too. It requires a different approach. Since generally we are in the lead I cannot discuss our strategies for this scenario on the Internet, but trust me, we play to win, whether we are in the lead or are ready to overtake the leaders. It is important for those who can offer products or services in an open market to understand that the "First to Market Strategy" may not be the best strategy all the time.

How To Talk To Girls - The Approach
Show me a man that doesn't want to know how to talk to girls, and I'll show you a homosexual ("Not that there's anything wrong with that," as Seinfeld points out). And I don't mean simply talking to girls. Any idiot can ask a woman, "What time is it?" or, "Do you come here often?"
You want to know how to approach women the right way -- the way that conveys, "Yes, you engaged my senses and interest enough to talk to you, but now I want to see if you can live up to your physical beauty."
This doesn't mean you have to instantly start off the conversation with some deep psychological prodding, or put on some front about all the exquisite vineyards you've been to, while reading the latest thought-provoking masterpiece of the moment, and simultaneously admiring a wall full of pretentious paintings...
No. Like many aspects of dating, and social interactions in general, your demeanor and confidence are much more important than the verbs and adjectives that come rolling off your tongue -- or in some cases, clumsily sputtering through your teeth.
I See Her. I Want to Talk to Her. What Do I Do?
You've had your eye on her for a few minutes, but just subtle glances in her direction (God forbid she notice that you actually find her attractive!). As long as you haven't made eye contact yet, you're fine.
But, once your eyes lock with hers, it's "do or die...lonely." So many guys wait for the perfect opening, or even hope she's going to make the first move. How many times has that worked out for you?
Once your eyes meet, it's essential that you make your move. Otherwise, to her, you're clearly not confident enough to go after what you want. Plus, by acting instantly in that split second, and steadfastly following this rule, you won't have time to chicken out or think up a thousand reasons why you shouldn't take action.

How to Get the Most Benefit from Your Weight Loss Program?
Whatever type of weight loss program you follow, there are a number of nutritional and lifestyle guidelines. They help you to guarantee that your diet is as healthy and as effective as possible.
First of all, you have to eat a balanced diet. It means that your diet must be high in complex carbohydrates, fibre and contains no refined sugar at all. It has to provide a reasonable quantity of protein, a controlled quantity of unsaturated fat and very little saturated fat.
You greatly improve your diet if you increase fruit and vegetable consumption and cut out dairy products altogether. You can replace them with soya, rice, oat and almond milk, nut butters and pure vegetable margarines.
You also have to eat more fibre because together with complex carbohydrates they are low in calories and give a feeling of fullness. They also improve fat and cholesterol metabolism and aid digestion. Eat proper meal instead of snacks. If you need a snack, eat fruit or vegetables, dried or fresh, drink pure water.
Drink a lot of pure water, at least 2 litres per day because your body loses water about same amount each day, so you need it to compensate. Water also cleanses your body from toxins. Exchange alcoholic beverages and sugary drinks for water, fruit juices and herb teas. Drink green tea instead of black tea and coffee. Green tea boosts metabolism and immunity.
Replace all red and processed meats, which high in total fat and saturated fat, with seafood, poultry and pulses. Cut down dairy and animal fat in your diet to a minimum and use vegetable oil for cooking.
Avoid refined carbohydrates, such as added sugar, confectionery, biscuits, sweets, alcohol and processed snacks.
Eating papaya and grapefruit every day can help you to decrease your calorie intake overall by making better use of the food you eat.
If you want to make your weight loss program most efficient, you need to take exercise, preferable, every day. It can be at least 20-30 minute walk each day. Cycling, dancing, fitness training, swimming, running stretching can all help you to get the most benefit of your weight loss program.
Balanced diet and exercise as well as rest are very important for efficient digestion, so spend 15-30 minutes each day on relaxation or meditation. It also decreases the needs for snacks.
Eating satisfies the emotions as well as the stomach. Managing stress and paying attention to your emotional needs are very important part of successful weight loss. It is also important to understand the extent to which emotional aspects influence your diet and eating habits, to ensure that you can maintain a healthy weight when the dieting is over.
