George Jones on Ronnie Prophet Show 1980 "The Race Is On"

Here's another song by George Jones as "The Ronnie Prophet Show" This clip is from 6-4 A ribbon-first show in July 1980 in Toronto, Canada Ronnie Prophet was on national television for over fifteen years. His series of "Grand Old Country" and "The Ronnie Prophet SHOW" has been nationally across Canada, United Kingdom and Australia have seen every week with some of the best country artists of American and Canadian music. From Ronnie's show on CBC - The Canadian Broadcasting Company in September 1975 with Dolly Parton and Ferlin Huskey Ronnie gave his co-star of his world tour. Ronnie performed around the world on the same bill with Johnny Cash, Kenny Rogers, The Everly Brothers and many others. Ronnie also owned and played at "Ronnie Prophet's Carousel Club in Printer's Alley Nashville, where he often had many of the stars who were in his TV show and come jam with him late nitesin Nashville. His office on Music Row in Nashville was across the street from his best friend and mentor Chet Atkins. He lived in Hendersonville (Tennessee) and Franklin just a block or two from Minnie Pearl, Naomi Judd, Dottie West and many other stars in Nashville. In 1998, after urging from his friends Mel Tillis, Boxcar Willie and Larry Gatlin, Ronnie sold his offices, studios and at home in Nashville and moved to Branson, Missouri to peform his shows in "The Live Music Capital of the World...
